Le Salpalinjan Hovi occupe un charmant bâtiment d'école rénové, à 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Lappeenranta. Excellent location and awesome place to stay close to Lappeenranta. The "history room" is super, it's very spacious and it's fully furnished with everything. The host is very nice and helpful in explaining what to do in the nearby area and in Rutola village. Nearby there's a GP Grilli which is excellent. I highly recommend it if you're passing by!

This property is on a family farm, 12 km outside Savonlinna and 10 minutes’ walk from Lake Pellosjärvi. It offers a private beach, a lakeside sauna and a summer restaurant. The B&B is located in a beautiful farm, a neat and very well kept complex of many buildings, gardens, farm facilities, etc., all set in a peaceful lakeside environment. The main building is elegant, welcoming, and so are the owners. The room was a bit small for 3 people, but OK for a short stay. Breakfast was great! It seems in the middle of nowhere, but it takes just 15 drive to downtown. Price is fair. I would stay there again, 100%!!!

Spahotel Casino is located on a private island on Lake Saimaa, 500 m from city center of Savonlinna and the 15th-century Olavinlinna Castle is 1.5 km away. The room we were given in was outstanding with an exquisite view over Lake Saimaa. This was the best view we had from a hotel in our trip through Scandinavia. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast had a large variety! The location of the hotel was perfect.

This central Hotelli Lähde hotel is on the shore of Lake Saimaa. It provides sauna access. All rooms have free internet. The air-conditioned rooms at Hotelli Lähde include a TV, work desk and fridge. It was very nice, room was large and comfortable

L’établissement Hostel Mansikka se situe à Taipalsaari (Finlande-Méridionale), à 17 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Port de Lappeenranta. Peaceful place, summer cottage wibe which may seem a bit shabby, but anyway good value for money. Our room was big, dog friendly!

L'établissement était charmant , situation géographique top. Chambre spacieuse et bien amménagée. Salle de bain immense dans chambre avec sauna.

Hotel Oscar is next to the Warkaus-Sali Concert Hall in Varkaus, 1 km from Varkaus Station. It offers free WiFi, private parking and free access to a gym and sauna. This hotel is a hidden gem! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff was welcoming and friendly, the neighbourhood was beautiful and food was excellent. We especially enjoyed jogging in the park near by, hotel gym and lovely breakfast.

This hotel is 10 minutes’ walk from Joensuu Train Station and offers a sauna. Its air-conditioned rooms feature satellite TV and free 1 GB WiFi connection. Good location, private and quiet place good to relax. Very nice sauna. Good breakfast.

Scandic Patria is 400 metres from the 17th-century Lappeenranta Fortress and 2 km from Lappeenranta Train Station. The rooms have a 32-inch TV. Gym and sauna access is free. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait pour faire un tour à pied dans le centre de la ville ou pour se rendre à la vieille ville. Le personnel était très serviable, surtout les jeunes dames de la réception avaient toujours le sourire ou un mot gentil. La chambre était très propre et bien isolée du froid finlandais qui approche... J'ai beaucoup apprécié également le petit balcon. Il y avait un grand choix de salé et sucré au petit-déjeuner avec des produits de qualité. Quantité et qualité réunies, rien à redire.
