Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, lovely to have the balcony outside too. We had a very warm welcome from Marjorie, and her very lovely daughter, both so friendly. The breakfast was delicious and generous too. We had a most enjoyable evening meal at a local restaurant that Marjorie suggested, Plaisirs D'Anton...about 8 minutes away.

We had a spacious, bright room under the high beams with a bath tub and a separate shower. Windows on both sides viewing on a green garden. Free and safe Parking is possible but must be mentioned in advance as it’s a small parking on the villa’s grounds. It is a peaceful street in a villa’s area with a lot of gardens and green in-between. A 20’ beautiful walk to the centre through some (safe) woody area. The friendly owner speaks multiple languages, has fine tips for restaurants etc and they prepare an excellent breakfast, keeping in mind your preferences. The toiletteries are from Clarins. It is a bit outdated in the bathroom/ shower area but the style is classic and everything works so nothing really bothered us. They also have one of the cutest and civilsed little dogs I’ve met. And they surprised us by changing our harder sleeping pillows after the first night -without us requesting it (we just mentioned “en passant” that our preference is for soft pillows) We definitely recommend this place.

The attention to detail in the decoration, very respectfully preserved details such as wall paper, cornices, fireplaces, original doors, windows with shutters and the flooring. And yet there is a modern heating system and the electrics and plumbing are up to date. The views of the gardens are fantastic too and breakfast was served in a lovely dining room with silver and cristal wear (the butter was presented in the shape of a flower!)… merci beaucoup monsieur!

Boasting a garden and views of garden, La Ferme des Templiers de Fléchinelle is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Enquin-les-Mines, 49 km from Louvre Lens Museum. The place is very beautiful. A great, big garden to walk around or for childeren to play in. The rooms are very cozy and clean. We had a fantastic shower with music, lightdisplay, steam and massage function. Amazing. There's a very nice shop where they sell local stuff. We bought some food and souvenirs, not expencieve and the food was really tasty. Our dog was welcome. Our battery was as good as empty when we arrived with our car and they helpt us loading it, which was extremely nice. Breakfast was very good. We had a lovely stay and hope to go back again next year.
