Everything we need, comfortable, clean and warm. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is perfect with an ample spread of extras.

The bed and breakfast provides garden views and a terrace. Our b and b was beautiful. She was lovely friendly and accomodating. The room and breakfast was lovely. I made a request for two pieces of homemade cake that I would collect. Instead she brought this to our room with a side of cream. This was unaccepted and a lovely consideration. She was very busy but nothing seemed a trouble to her to ensure guests were happy. We will definitely stay again. Thank you so much and see you again Jane and Jason

The Pinfold has been restored in a style that shows of the original features of its 17th century building, including its stone work and exposed wooden beams. All rooms are en suite with high quality fixtures, and there is a separate guest entrance. Absolutely beautiful room, and gracious hostess. My wife and I wished that we could have stayed longer there but we needed to move on to our next destination. There's a very nice restaurant and bar right next door to the Pinfold.

Situated within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, The Saddle Room offers both room accommodation and stone-built cottages, next door to The Forbidden Corner within the grounds of Tupgill Park. Free WiFi is available in the cottages, as well as the bed and breakfast rooms. A wonderful hotel/guesthouse, with a lovely bar/restaurant in a beautiful tranquil countryside setting. Staff were all really friendly and obliging. We only stayed a night but will definitely be back again!

The Lake District and scenic town of Windermere can be reached in just a 30-minute drive. We were incredibly impressed by the Dalesman Inn on so many levels. We were warmly welcomed, our room was absolutely stunning mixing old charm with ultra modern conveniences. The bathroom was sumptious and beautfully decorated. The bed was huge and fantastically comfortable. The Inn itself has all been tastefully renovated and looks brilliant. The bar and restaurant are great with locally sourced products. The breakfast was one of the best we've experienced in a hotel. Overall we highly recommend this delightful hotel and will endeavour to return.

Lovely place, lovely staff, lovely location. Grassington and Ashfield House was a wonderful experience.

This is a beautiful establishment, the owners work hard to provide a lovely place to stay, rewind a relax. Which is what we needed . I have not slept as well for a very long time The views from our garden room were amazing. The decor is beautiful and every attention to detail. The work done on the property is a credit to Keith and Zoe. Breakfast was excellent and my request of a sausage butty for breakfast was given with a smile . Best porridge I have had for a very long time. My husband had retired and it was also his birthday, the cards were a lovely, kind thought , thank you. Barry the pheasant was an added surprise,loved him. The owners are genuine,kind,hard working people . I would go again in an heart beat, would not hesitate .
