With free WiFi access and free parking available, the property also has a bar and a restaurant. Perfect location to explore Yorkshire and beautiful country views right from our bedroom window. Delicious hot breakfast included in the price. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This quaint, historic grade II listed property is 9 minutes' drive from York Dungeon and JORVIK Viking Centre. York Castle Museum is 13 minutes' drive away. Landlord was really kind and polite, and they make great breakfasts. I really loved fresh fruits in the morning. Also everyday tee and coffee refills in rooms were great (also with small chocolates ;) ). A really relaxed. City centre is around 10 minutes of walk.

They were also Professional, fun and informative. The shared space / siderooms are fantastic, will definitely stay here again. Our first time to Scarborough was made that much more comfortable with our excellent care here, thank you!

Breakfast is served in the on-site café, where guests may enjoy a well-stocked continental buffet breakfast including fresh fruit, pastries, toast and cereals or upgrade to our award-winning full English breakfast. Breakfast is served until 10:00 on a weekend, and until 9.30 from Monday to Friday. Best overall accomodation so far on a 3 week trip. Great staff!
