Facilities include an outdoor communal pool and private pools, a pool bar and free WiFi. A lovely hotel. The staff was very nice and was available for every question and request. Our room was upgraded to a small suite which was very comfortable, with a great sea view. Short walking distance to the old town.

It offers air-conditioned accommodation, some self-catering, and free Wi-Fi in public areas. The popular Elafonisi Beach is 650 metres away. The apartment was perfect – they even gave us a free upgrade. While it didn’t have a sea view, it overlooked the mountains and olive groves, which was beautiful. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. It’s highly recommended to stay at least one night so you can enjoy the beach early in the morning, before the crowds arrive.

The hotel did meet more than our expectations, it is only 5 minutes walk to the centre, but on quiet location. Very nice swimming pool with luxury sunbeds. The people who run this place are so nice. They serve you with a smile and handkiss. Very warm place to stay in many ways. Very clean room, nice shower. Also the restaurant bar is very nice. There is nothing you can say in a negative way.. So nice

Featuring a restaurant and a pool with sun terrace amidst its palm-tree garden, Royal Sun lies within 3 km from the centre of Chania Town. It offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a private balcony overlooking the Cretan Sea and the town. We couldn't have been happier with our choice of a hotel! It's located a few kilometers outside of the center and the old town but this was only a positive thing for us - lying by the pool (a big and clean pool for that matter) it was actually calm and quiet with only some birdsong to be heard. The hotel also provided a free shuttle every half an hour to the center and back so the distance was not an issue whatsoever. The staff was a m a z i n g, I can't compliment them enough. It must've been the warmest welcome I've received at any hotel, in any country, and they kept being so genuinely kind and helpful for our whole stay. The restaurant upstairs offers you the best sunset view in town and we actually ended up having dinner there almost every night since the food was also great there. The breakfast buffet was so great as well, with a big variety of food and omelets made to order. If (and hopefully, when) I return to Chania, I will definitely stay at Royal Sun again.

Ayeri Hotel offers Cycladic-style rooms with free Wi-Fi access located 50 metres away from the sandy beach of Livadia. Buffet breakfast is served daily in the charming bar surrounded by bougainvillea flowers. Super nice expérience, the hospitality of the staff was just amazing, the room was really cute and quiet and comfortable, and the location is really good. One word : perfect !!
