With respect to the local architecture, the stone-built Nereids Guesthouse enjoys views of the Saronic Gulf and Hydra Town from its furnished terraces. It consists of elegantly decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi. Beautiful room inside a villa. The room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The location is great and you can easily walk around Hydra from here. It takes less than 10 minutes to reach the place from the port which is a big plus in Hydra as some places can be quite far and uphill. The place also had a nice terrace where I could chill at any time and enjoy the beautiful views.

Ingredients including jam, honey, juice and biscuits are also provided so that guests can prepare their breakfast themselves. Everything was perfect. Great location and very clean. Stella was the perfect host. She helped us a lot with our lost luggage She gave us all toothpaste and toothbrushes when we arrived with nothing. Thank you so much Stella.

Originally a wealthy sea captain’s mansion built in 1810, the Hotel Miranda is a fine example of characteristic local architecture. It is located 250 metres from the port and 500 metres from Ydra’s main beach. Everything is very nice and comfortable

The traditionally built Hydroussa Hotel Hydra is located on Votsi Square, surrounded by lovely lemon trees. Due to its unique architecture, Hydroussa Hotel has been used in the past as a location for Hollywood films. Great location, clean and nice room

Mistral Hotel offers the ideal sanctuary for rest and relaxation in between sightseeing and hiking around Hydra. The main attractions of Hydra are within easy walking distance of this refined guest house. On arrival we were welcomed by Nicholas who was extremely friendly and helpful. A great start to our stay. We were on the first floor and the room was a good size, the bed comfy, good wardrobe space, good air con, nice to have windows to open and let the sun in (even through the massive heat wave). The bathroom itself was small but did the job for our 5 night stay. The shower was a bit of a let down - very tight squeeze to get in and shut the doors (and we are average build). If we moved without thinking about this small space, we accidentally nudged the tap off or to the hot or cold side. Had to be super careful in that respect. The free breakfast was out of this world amazing, tasty, different every day, home cooked/made, abundant (got us through to the afternoon!). We looked forward to it every morning and ate 90 to 100% of it. Jenni was an amazing hostess who presented us with this breakfast daily and she tolerated my “5 to 6 cup coffee” husband with delightful dry humour! She always had a funny comment to make. Loved her! One of the house maids was super friendly and greeted us every time we saw her - sorry I didn’t get her name! Unlucky for us it was a heat wave the whole 5 days there so going back and forth from the city centre was quite the trek for this unfit oldish woman, but I achieved it 4 or 5 times a day, albeit puffed on arrival. On a cooler day it would be very pleasant. A thousand thank you’s Jenni, Nicholas and friendly housemaid - you made our stay in Hydra magical. Angelica’s romantic rooms retain a delightful note of old-fashioned charm and luxury. They are all air conditioned, and include satellite TV, safe and marbled bathroom with a complete set of Korres cosmetics. Beautiful decoration, very comfortable and well maintained.

The air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Some units include a seating area where you can relax. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea from your terrace or balcony. Each room is fitted with a private bathroom fitted with a bath or shower. For your comfort, you will find bathrobes and slippers. A perfect location, quiet but close to everything at the port. We loved our little balconies. Great staff and service. Breakfast at their nearby property was tasty and there was a great view from that rooftop terrace.

Beautiful little place directly in the port with stunning views onto the harbour. Charming owner who has also been very helpful and available in case of any needs. A very useful social room with free coffee (few brewing types), tea, juices - all complimentary so very generous offer and appreciated. Room with balcony on top greatly recommended!

The traditionally built Achilleas Pension is located just 150 metres from Hydra Port and the rocky Spilia Beach. A flowery internal courtyard lies on site, while WiFi is offered in public areas. The rooftop terrace features unobstructed sea views. The overall hotel was lovely and the room was nice. The bathroom has clearly been remodelled.
