Located right on the sandy beach of Mylopotas in Ios Island, Gorgona is housed in a Cycladic-style building with stone-paved terraces and white-washed walls. Its tastefully decorated units open out to a balcony or a shared terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea. What an incredible stay!! By far the best experience throughout my travels in Greece. The location was perfect and easy to get to. The staff was so friendly, the room was cleaned every and the free breakfast was delicious!! Would go back to Ios just for the stay. Highly recomend!!

Just 500 metres from Gialos Beach, Olga guesthouse features a swimming pool with sun loungers. It offers air-conditioned accommodation with a private balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea or garden. Free Wi-Fi is provided in public areas. This is one of the best family run hotels we have stayed. Upon our arrival at the port Dimitri, the owners son, picked us up and drove us to the hotel and also dropped us off when leaving. The family are extremely welcoming, warm and always want to help you. The room was beautiful, clean, modern and bed was comfortable The shower was great, big and cleaned everyday. The hotel is about 5-8 minutes walk to the port and beach and the view from the hotel was beautiful. The owners Niko and Roula were very helpful and welcoming always chatting to us and ensuring we have everything. Their sons Konstantinos and Dimitri were great. The breakfast was extremely nice with great variety and tasty. Every day Roula would bake a cake which was delicious. The pool was wow and cleaned everyday. The pool bar was a hit and the pool menu great and priced very well. Stella was amazing always helping us at breakfast and at the pool bar. A great worker. I highly recommend this family hotel.

The location is outstanding opposite the beach, peaceful away from the party locations and bus stops outside entrance. Plenty of fabulous restaurants within walking distance. Arrive during the day for excellent views, or watch the sun go down for romantic and beautiful orange skies. Small family run hotel in very heart of Ios island. Hotel literally has the best location, 2 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to port and so close to Chora center. Hosts are very kind. Pool area is really comfortable.
