It was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and our balcony had fabulous views of Mount Olympus. Breakfast was extra and was great value, we were able to take a doggy bag for the trail. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Coffee making facilities and a fridge in the room with complimentary water were great touches. We were able to leave bags at the hotel while hiking Olympus. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation.

The swimming pool was amazing aswell - most hotels have those uncomfortable stairs vertically down, but this one had gradual steps down for a balanced and controlled refreshing, I loved this tiny but thoughtful feature! And of course the breakfasts were top notch with very tasty coffee, lots of choice for main and dessert, and same for lunch and dinner, whwre I think I tried the tastiest Greek salad😄. The location is great!! Next to the path to Olimpus. We will definitely come back !

Overall, I am very happy with my experience. Check-in was smooth and I even received a free room upgrade (sea instead of mountain view). The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. I liked especially the small balcony from which I had a wonderful view on the seaside and the hustle and bustle of Platamonas. The breakfast buffet was small but of excellent quality. The staff was very welcoming.

I recommend it as an option for an overnight stay as well as going to a restaurant for dinner. The food is very tasty, the waiter is extremely friendly, and the view of the fortress and the sea from the restaurant is wonderful.

The Hotel is situated at the brink of the village, with a nice view over the rooftops down to the ocean. I had a corner room, where you could also see the summits of Mount Olympus between the houses! Balcony was more like a terrace, huge and with a roof. The breakfast was a buffet with lots of sweets (as usual in Greece) and the most usual basics like eggs, sausage and cheese. I was just there for one night, could have been more as I felt welcome and the staff (wich is basically just one guy) is nice and takes care of your every need. When you plan to go for drinks and food, it's just 10 minutes down to the village center, although you can easily get lost in the labyrinth of winding roads and side lanes! If you come by car, there's plenty of parking space in the little road where the Hotel is situated.

The classic rooms at Kymata have private furnished balconies with views of the sea. Each has a modern bathroom with hairdryer. Suites with hot tubs are available. We've been to a lot of accomodations but Kymata hotel showed us what hospitality means! First of all, the hotel was perfect, rooms exactly like on the pictures, clean and cleaned daily. Within the hotel there is a restaurant with extremly delicious food. When we arrived they gave us coffee for free to welcome us, and after every meal they are giving us a dessert for free. Hotel has a private beach outside with sunbeds and hotel staff is bringing you whatever you need, all you need is to enjoy. Platamon is 20min away by walk (3min with car) from the hotel and for me and my pregnant wife that was perfect, to have a walk every day, peace and sound of sea only. But what is the best about Kymata hotel are the people, extremly nice people trying to make your vacation unforgettable. When we headed back they packed croissants for my wife for the trip, since she is pregnant. Special thanks to mister Yanis. We'll definitely see each other next year but in room with sea view as a must! :)

Facilities include an Outdoor Pool, Roof Garden Bar & Restaurant, Roof Garden Sun Lounge. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations, from the warm and friendly staff to the spotless and comfortable rooms. The amenities were top-notch, and the attention to detail truly stood out. The food was exceptional, and the overall atmosphere made my stay feel luxurious yet cozy. I honestly couldn’t find a single fault, and if I could rate it 11 out of 10, I absolutely would! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless stay. I’ll definitely be back!
