Absolutely spotlessly clean and decent bathroom with a nice colour scheme and cosy lighting. It was upgrade so had balcony which I did not use but added to the feel of space. Even the coffee cups were nice design and for first time outside Italy, I had three Rai TV channels which is so unusual. It was so warm and comfortable. Loved my stay.

I pick Hotel Piano whenever I'm in town, as it's a cozy little place, with spacious rooms for an excellent price. The rooms are clean and neat. The breakfast obviously doesn't compare to some of the fancier places I've been to, but for the price and category it is more than perfect with an okay selection. The place is quiet apart from the door issue I mention below. I've never had problems with people in rooms above or next to me. They have a 24/7 reception, which is another plus for me, as I tend to come and go at weird times myself.
