stayed here for 1 night due to its location by the port, everything about the stay was absolutely perfect, the room, the breakfast and the staff. The staff were absolutely amazing, staying up to check us in late, and organising our ferry to Gili T for us on such short notice which was amazing (thank you Anita!!) Can’t reccomend enough

Incredible accommodation in a beautiful location within walking distance to amazing shopping and restaurants. The resorts restaurant served us an exquisite breakfast each morning with even a thoughtful takeaway breakfast for our early morning rise to catch our plane home. Staff and management were delightful and the most comfiest beds you have ever come across. Let the hotel pick you up from the airport, it's cheaper than a taxi and in a luxury air conditioned car with an extremely friendly driver. I can't say enough about this resort, they were simply brilliant!

Natya resort was great 👍 words can't describe the amazing views of the forest we woke up to and bed was comfy. Breakfast was delicious as well and quantity was just right. Staff and welcome drinks were great including mineral water supply.
