A wonderful resort and staff. Our week at Katamaran Hotel & Resort Lombok was wonderful from the start. When we arrived, some renovations were happening, and the team immediately offered to move us to a beautiful oceanfront room away from the work area, a gesture we truly appreciated. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making our stay feel easy and comfortable. And then we met Nauval. His kindness, attention to detail, and heartfelt service made such an impact on our experience. He is the kind of person who elevates an entire resort simply by being who he is. Truly, every hotel should be so lucky to have a Nauval on their team. The property itself is lovely, peaceful, well-kept, and perfect for a relaxing getaway... but it’s the people who turn a stay into something truly memorable. We left grateful, refreshed, and already made plans to stay at the Katamaran Hotel & Resort Komodo next, excited to visit the Komodo dragons and looking forward to another wonderful experience. Wir hatten die bambussuite und es war traumhaft, wir haben eine Nacht verlängert weil es uns so gut gefallen hat.

Wir blieben insgesamt eine Woche und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Herrliches Hotel mit toller Ausstattung und liebevollen Menschen.

To be honest, nearly everything was perfect in our eyes. The room (and especially the bathroom) was beautiful. The staff was exceptionally nice, welcoming and service minded. The quality of the restaurant was very very high, both in terms of taste and presentation. We had our best food here, and we tried quite a lot at other places. The beach was the best on the island, the pool was great as well.

Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr nettes Personal. Das Frühstück ist a la Carte, sehr zu empfehlen. Es war unser 3. Aufenthalt und wir kommen immer gerne wieder

Die Kuno Villas auf der Insel Gili Trawangan bieten elegante und traditionelle Villen aus Holz inmitten von tropischen Gärten. This place is absolutely amazing. Everything is clean, pristine, almost unbelievable how great everything was. The staff were just the best, special thanks to Fiesty and Ulan for assisting us with all of our needs. Definitely will come back here in the future!
