This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The rooms were large and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities you would expect in a high end hotel. The views out our room of the golf course were lovely. The included breakfast was a typical European buffet with all the variety you would expect. The hotel is not really near anything, so you are going there to enjoy that property. And there is much to enjoy. We wished we could have stayed there longer.

This property really opens the doors to yesterdays world, I love the way you can sit in the royal rooms and experience the castle as if you were a resident there, it’s truly a unique experience. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for romantic weekend away.

Le Crover House Hotel & Golf Club se trouve sur les rives nord-est du lac Lough Sheelin, entre Cavan et Ballyjamesduff. The location was great. The golf course was awesome, and the kind older gentleman who greeted us was incredibly memorable. Lovely man and a genuine soul. Food was excellent as well. See the Loghcrew Cairn if you are an adventurous soul.
