Paola, the host, what an amazing lady! I was tired when I arrived and was asking for taxi advice so I didn’t have to get the bus, and she came and picked me up! And as it was late, she also took me to her local pizzeria just up the road as I had not eaten. She even gave me the right bus tickets for my days that i needed (I reimbursed the costs of course), gave good travel advice and even checked in on me via WhatsApp throughout the day to make sure I was ok. I cannot thank Paola enough for her kindness and help, she really goes above and beyond for her guests.. highly recommended! I will definitely stay with Paola again, my trip wouldn’t have been the same if I hadn’t stayed there!

Villa Anfitrite is located on a hilltop and it offers panoramic views of the bay and the coast. It is set in Positano, 300 metres from Spiaggia del Fornillo and 600 metres from Positano Port. WiFi is free throughout. Absolutely stunning! Situated in the most beautiful place in the world. Such a romantic and beautiful place. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast on the balcony every morning, even on the last morning they got us breakfast ready by 6.30am before we left. Restocked fridge every day with complimentary drinks (and even happily got us extra when we ran out).

The apartment was HUGE and the staff were very accommodating and we were able to check in early. The room directly overlooked the main square and is adjacent to the duomo!! Although the square was noisy, the windows were very effective at blocking the sound.

Bathroom was spacious, modern and nice. Nice terrace and nice breakfast. But what makes this place so special is the way they treat you. Nothing is too much trouble. They are there just to make your stay memorable and you feel very welcome as soon as they come downstairs to meet you and take your bags, and this lasts until you leave. They do know the meaning of the word "hospitality".

There are some stairs down to the property from the street which may be an issue for mobility-impaired guests. Highly recommend for all others.

Each room comes with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. We had a really good stay here. The place was very clean, and the room had everything we needed, so we felt comfortable right away. The location was great. It was just a short walk to the main street with cafés, shops, and everything we needed. It was also convenient if you wanted to walk to Minori. And the apartment was only a few steps from the waterfront, which was perfect for evening walks. When we picked up our bags to leave, the ferry to Amalfi was also very close, so getting there was super easy. The hosts were very friendly, with good communication. Check-in was simple, and they were helpful with anything we needed. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay. We were happy with it.
