The only difficulty was to carry our suitcases 38 stairs. I must indicate the very friendly recipunist young lady, help my partner to shlaping her suitcase. I carried mine as a hero 38 stairs. If you are with any physical limitations, make shure you can get assistance. If no, choose another hotel.
