Location was amazing. Patheon is 400m away and most attractions are within walking distance. Amazing restaurants such as Hosteria Grappolo d'oro (michelin bib), Pasta de Vino, and Baires (Argentinian steaks when tired of pasta). Lovely and always helpful staff who go out of their way to help. The place itself is spacious and well maintained

We had a wonderful stay at this excellent B&B in a beautiful building in one of Rome's best neighbourhoods. Our room with ensuite bathroom, overlooking a courtyard, was quiet, very clean and even provided slippers. The breakfast buffet was generous and we loved the fact that we could indicate in advance which hot drinks and foods (croissants, omelettes et cetera) we liked to have. The nice man who ran the breakfast service on most days even offered us extra drinks on the spot. The location is absolutely perfect for visiting Rome and even for luxury shopping if that's what you're coming for. Another brilliant feature as that the stop where you can board the bus to Fiumicino Airport is very near, so no need to travel to the Termini Station first. The Residenza also offers a paid shuttle service to and from the airport.

The room was spacious, clean and great toilet, very useful as far was separated in two parts. The location is what I was looking for, just 50 m from Underground Metro station. There is a lot of facilities around and also very good restaurants, coffee shops and others. I would book again. The owner is very helpful and ready for any kind of support, like saving my backpacks when I asked for.

Quiet lovely building, perfect surrounded by little restaurants and in a walking distance from touristic attractions. Cozy and verry clean room. Metro station and buses also nearby. Highly recommended.
