Personal service very hospitable and set me up for the day. My room was I thought generous for European. Nice bathroom and clean.

Villa del Cigno is a 20-minute walk from the lakeside promenade along Lake Como. Bergamo is 28 km away, while Milan can be reached in around 1 hour by train. The building itself was really nice, more traditional looking, but with well-equipped rooms and really comfortable. Staff was friendly and nice. Check-in was flexible and with very good instructions.

Place exceeded expectations. From check in to check out, totally fuss free. Lorenzo the host is super friendly and helpful. We couldn’t believe how well thought out the place is, endless supplies of toiletries to pantry items, our teenagers were totally impressed and wished other places were like this! Location is superb as well, walking distance to everything. There is a supermarket across, fruit store and pasta store downstairs as well.

Its my favorite hotel in Milano and I will come back again with no doubt. From all of the above, I would like to thank Marco from the reception team. He welcomed us to the hotel and arrange all our needs. The check in was at 3 pm but we arrived early at the hotel (around 10 am) and he gave us a room that was ready without having to wait till 3pm. Thanks again Marco and the rest of the staff!

We stayed here for one night with our child and had a good rest. Beds are very comfy, and no noise from the street. The apartment was spacious, with mini-kitchen and sofa for our child. There are a lot of cafeterias, pizzerias and restaurants close to the building. Also public transport stops are very close to the apartment. Personal of the hotel was very nice, gave us a lot of recommendations about places nearby and best locations in Milano. I definitely recommend this place to stay.
