The entire experience was so much more than we could have expected! It is a small inn with personal attention to every detail. For the 2 days we were there we felt a part of a local community - watching soccer with the regulars, getting to meet the family - the innkeeper and his wife, their 2 young boys and even grandma and grandpa. It is a working farm and and as guests you are able to walk the property and see the animals. The food was FABULOUS - fresh, tasty and authentic. Pino and Patrizia were welcoming and provided for our every need, including a spontaneous celebration of our son's birthday! I cannot compliment the homemade breakfast offerings enough. I looked forward to Patrizia's baking each morning - in addition to fruit, yogurts, coffee, expresso or cappuccino. The rooms and especially the bathrooms were SPOTLESS. A perfect experience in the country.

easy access,all the staff were amazing and could not do enough for us. Resort was unbelievable, food was presented with such professionalism and absolutely stunning (breakfast and dinner) pool spa and other areas were amazing,as for the rooms wow wow wow. Great location for our needs in touring the Molise I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone and will be returning in the near future but stay longer

On the edge of town and very quiet. Attentive owners and helpful in finding traditional food restaurant. Secure parking off street. Excellent breakfast and fresh omelette.

We got a parking ticket during our stay, although we paid the parking through phone app. All Peppe - our host, his wife and his son were hunting down the person who wrote us the ticket and took it upon themselves to help us resolve this as we don’t speak italian. That level of hospitality isn’t found in many places these days. As for our accomodation we stayed in double room with 2 double beds. The beds were in separate rooms divided by a sliding door both with full batheroms, 4 sets of towels, 4 pairs of slippers, full vanity kits, a mini bar stacked with water, juice, sweets and salty snacks - all complementary. Additionaly a coffee machine was at our disposal as well. The appartment had a central AC unit and limitless hot running water. The appartment is within 5 minutes of walking to both Termoli beaches and town center. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way and we’ll surely be coming back!
