We loved our stay while walking the via Francigena. The breakfast was lovely and they did so much to ensure we were comfortable. Such a great setup. Rooms and bathroom were lovely with great views.

The location is perfect next to the Santa Maria Novella Train station, laundry mat around the corner, fantastic food across the street and bus station outside the front door. Everything is within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel staff was the BEST!!! Very friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious too! I would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation is in a city hotel, which means walking distance to the city, sights, bars, restaurants, which is great. Parking is available in the nearby parking house (cost 15 EUR/day, there are no free parkings). The room was on the first floor, elevator is available, which makes everything easier. It was spaceous, comfortable and clean. We had a room next to the elevator, but heard no additional noise due to that. We had a remote check-in as the reception works only until 7 p.m., but had no problems with the entry. We met the staff in the morning at breakfast and they are very kind (a lady did come to say hello in the evening, but we still do not know who that person was as the receptionist on the phone said noone is there after 7 p.m. :-)) Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice and served in a very stylish room.

By far this is the best stay we’ve ever had! All of the staffs are unbelievably friendly from the reception to the helpers! Rooms are spacious, super clean bathroom, very near about 50m walk to Firenza St Maria train station. It is lovely that we have nothing to complaint at all. I believe the management takes a good care of the staffs, in return, the staffs takes a very good care of their guests! keep up! we’ll definately come again if we were to come back agsin to Florence!

Everything! The host is amazing, the welcoming was like we are the only ones they are waiting. The rooms are so beautiful with windows over Tuscany fields, but you are still located in the centre of a small city. Enjoyed every day staying over there and can’t wait to come back.
