My mom got the injured and the owner helped us to call and took us to the hospital, also be a translator. The room is very clean and spacious. Breakfast is also great. We were late coming in from the airport, and the staff stayed back till 8pm to wait for us, much appreciated! The apartment was clean, spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Comes with a big (common) drying room downstairs for ski gear. Our apartment faced the ski slopes, and it was amazing to wake each day to the beautiful white snow. Note: it will be much more convenient to drive, rather than rely on public transport.

Very comfortable spaces... library, common rooms, onsen, etc It has all the personalized amenities for kids even dummy money, toys and free refill hot chocolate, cake, marshmallow and even more that i cannot explain... All the staff was amazing, not only to us, but also to the kids....
