Everything. The style of the hotel was awesome. The staff went above and beyond for us as a small family. The food was delicious.

Gelegen in Onomichi, 70 m von Senkō-ji-Tempel, verfügt die Unterkunft Onomichi Guest House Miharashi-tei über eine Bar und Stadtblick. Staying here was a definite highlight of our trip! The guesthouse is absolutely beautiful - full of history and in the most incredible location right underneath Senko-ji temple. I would recommend staying AT LEAST 2 nights - 1 night is definitely not enough to soak it all in. Sitting in the cafe overlooking the city was an absolute dream. The cafe is open to the public but is also a space where guests can eat and drink their own food which felt really nice and cosy. The walls of the rooms are basically decorative so you really can hear all the other guests staying, but I was pleasantly surprised at how considerate all the other guests were of noise and everyone was so quiet after 9pm. I could not recommend this guesthouse highly enough!

Weniger als 600 m von Pagode der fünf Geschichten und 800 m von Itsukushima-Schrein entfernt in Miyajima gelegen, bietet die Unterkunft Oyado Tsukiusagi Zimmer in Miyajima. The hotel was just minutes from the port. The host was extremely helpful. Good coffee and tea available and a small area with homemade craft items for sale. The room was spacious including a balcony-like alcove looking toward the sea. The name - moon rabbit - was very fitting.

Great location , close to town and the red Tori. Spacious comfortable room, view of the forest in the back, nice building with a restaurant downstairs with excellent food. Great breakfast. Kind and helpful staff. You can leave your bags if needed. We walked from the ferry, 20-30 mns. Great bath/tubs. Everything works well.

Das auf der zum Weltkulturerbe gehörenden Insel Miyajima gelegene Iwaso bietet Unterkünfte im japanischen Stil mit herrlichem Blick auf die Umgebung. Der Service war unglaublich gut! Ich bin selten solch herzlich empfangen worden. Alleine wegen des Personals wäre ich gern länger geblieben. Zudem war das Essen ausgezeichnet, das Zimmer schön sowie das Onsen.

ITSUKUSHIMA IROHA is located in Miyajima’s Omotesando Avenue, a 5-minute walk from Itsukushima Shinto Shrine and Miyajima Pier. It's by far the best hotel experience we had in Japan, after being in 4-5 other cities. The lounge facing ocean with sunset view is amazing, and the rooftop bath in the night overlooking the bay and the Tori is intimate and relaxing, after the crowd is gone. The staff is extremely caring and offered personalized advice to visit and dine out. We were late for check-out because of some delay with the ropeway, but the staff really cared about our wellbeing. Cherry on top, beds in Japan are usually very hard but this hotel gave me the best sleep!
