We arrived 6 hours before check-in time in pouring rain. They gave us a room immediately and a nice lady took care of our wet luggage while we were checking in. They were super nice. We had questions before and during our stay while we were out, they always replied immediately. Our room was super clean and prepared with attention to detail. At check-out they even gave us a small gift. Their service is 5*.
