I really like the room, and amenities from the hotel. They even provided the bath cleaner and the bath salt for you. It's small things that make a difference. The room is very clean and comfortable. I also love the location of the hotel, as it's very central and quite easy to go anywhere, find foods, and shopping. Love it!

We liked the crab buffet and drinks. The hotel is large and many accessories. Though we can't see Aso mountaun this time due to Typhoon, the view from restaurant and room would be beautiful.

The hotel was great and very well maintained. it has many public bath options to choose with indoor and outdoor options. The dinner and breakfast were excellent and me and my family were very impressed at the quality of the food. Despite the staffs were limited in their English, they tried their very best to support us through translation tool. They had helped me with handling an incident related to my rental car in a snowy condition ensured i was able to continue my journey the next day.
