Das im Dezember 2014 eröffnete Ki Niseko erwartet Sie in idealer Lage weniger als 100 m von der Express-Gondel im Niseko Mt Resort Grand Hirafu entfernt. All I can say is WOW. When I arrived, we were welcomed with smiling faces. Then they brought our luggages to the room while we were checking in. They also gave us welcome cookies, how nice! It wasn't just that - they were so helpful with all our little whims. For example, I brought bulky clothes because it's winter, so I had to vacuum seal all of them in a jumbo plastic bag. I called the front desk to ask for help, 1 minute later, they arrived with a vacuum and helped me seal it. Another special thing to note is their complimentary private onsen!!!! Waaah! It looked very nice. Unfortunately when I booked, I wasn't sick, but I caught colds, so I had to cancel. Their buffet breakfast is also great. A lot of their staff are on working holiday visas, so there's no language barrier here. They're all smiling faces everywhere. Made our stay so much easier and better. The room is SPECTACULAR. It's got a laundry and dryer in one. And if you have more stuff to wash, they have one at the end of the hallway too. Love it. I would come here again.

Beautiful location! Very serene and calming. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful! Food is scrumptious! Wide selection of drinks and alcohol! The fireplace add an additional coziness to the place.

Traveling around Hokkaido, we love this hotel the most. Front desk ladies are lovely, beautiful and very capable of doing their jobs. Room is clean. View is great. Breakfast is amazing……
