The cleanliness, great staff performance, most of them speak English fluently and in great willing to support our stay. Food is great both at dinner and breakfast. Our impressed story is that When I moved to next hotel in Sapporo next day, I realized I forgot some of my clothes at the hotel. I message the the hotel : they managed quickly to arrange for deliver those to my new hotel and even phone contact to our hotel for the arrangement. I am very impressed in their hospitality and professional , I have already received the cloths 2 days later. Recommended this onsen !

One Niseko Resort Towers biedt een gratis shuttleservice van 10 minuten naar het Niseko Moiwa skioord en het Annupuri International skioord. The room was big enough for family stay. Good choice for ski sport. 20 minit to the town/grocery.
