The moment when you walked in, everything is awesome. I took my family from Matsumoto to Toyama, and stayed in this amazing hotel. Compared to the last night we lived, Hotel Buena Vista in Matsumoto , was totally different even if you need to pay the same amount of money.

Great place and very friendly stuff! The only thing that could be better is that there is no laundry place in the hotel, but there is a small laundry place very close to the hotel so it was convenient for us!

The size of the room is quite impressive. it is quite large for 3 adults. The bed is good, we slept tightly. so sad that we reached the hotel about 7 pm and tired from long journey on a train from Nikko so I wanted to sleep and lazy to try public bath. Next time I will set a better plan to have time to spent at this hotel. around the hotel is ver quiet but you still can find the restaurant around there. Along the way we walked from the train station we saw some and 7-11 is not far from tje hotel.

The staff was super nice. Although some of them were not good in English they made huge efforts to communicate and all was for the best including some nice expirience ;-). The dinner was impressive!!

Tateyama through alphine kurobe route from toyama train station......ana crowne plaza hotel is really good place to stay. Such an incredible place to stay - most people come to visit the Gassho villages on day trips but being able to do a homestay in the village itself was amazing and a truly unique experience. Our hosts were such a lovely couple, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and tell us about their lives and experiences in the village. Even though we don't know Japanese, our hosts managed to tell us about food, music and the way of life in the village. We're both vegetarian and they went out of their way to make us a delicious meal out of local produce.
