Dit no-nonsense hotel ligt in een afgelegen bergbos op de grens van het Nationaal Park Durmitor en is perfect voor natuurliefhebbers. The location is just magic. Right next to a mountain steam with a little walkway that crosses the river and loops back to the hotel. The onsite restaurant offers hearty meals and yummy coffee and breakfast, best of all you get to sit right next to the stream! The staff were super helpful and arranged for a guided hiking tour for us. Our guide took us up into the mountains on a dirt road we would have never attempted in our hire car and guided us on a walk from there through the forest to a lake and onto a mountain saddle with views to Bosnia and Albania. We visited in May which was the very start of the season and we were their first guests - lovely and quiet before the hordes arrive! Highly recommended regardless if you are into serious mountaineering or just want a couple of quiet days away from it all.
