Every room at this hotel is air conditioned and is fitted with a flat-screen TV and a private Location is nice and close to Bella artes - a little further from the other main areas though. Staff were incredible and the food there is absolutely delicious. Rooms were very nice and I was greeted by a hand written note!

I paid extra for a junior suite but the room is spectacular overlooking the presidential palace, square and cathedral. the room displays beautiful Mexican decor and the bed is the best I've slept in

The price did not match my expectation - because it was much better than I was expecting with an amazing view! :) We loved the room, the hotel had a great vibe, the location was central and safe, an easy walk to museums and parks. The staff and the concierge desk were fantastic and even helped us book a table at Ticuchi restaurant nearby which was not available online, such great food and an amazing experience.
