A stunning hotel, the pool, gym and sauna are modern and spotless. Our room was upgraded and was spacious and maintained beautifully. We loved the waterfall shower and huge bed. We got room service and didn’t expect much but the vegan burger was hot and so tasty. Just the luxury we needed after climbing Mount Kinabalu!

such an amazing property and amazing staff - particularly Gloria at Coco Joe’s - she was incredible! my friend and I joked that this is the perfect romantic holiday. honestly everything about this place is incredible if you are seeking to put your phone down, catch up with a loved one, family or friends, and chill out. we climbed Mount Kinabalu in the middle of our stay and the hotel kindly looked after our baggage for us free of charge.

Everything was fine. View from our room is great, fascinating.. water heater is working, room is spacious for two, breakfast is delicious. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything was fine.
