We enjoy the peaceful atmosphere from the crowded people and messy traffic a minute walk away. The hotel is located nearby the consulates. A mini supermarket is just on the same street as well as a money exchange shop. Opposite is Chhaya Centre where Marcopolo Restaurant serves wonderful Italian cuisine. Pizza is great! Himalaya Java Coffee is in same centre as well. A street away, you will find numerous brands of trekking things such as North Face, Rab, Kaemp 8848, Mountain Hardwear, Black Diamond, Buff, Scarpa, Marmot, Timberland, Blackyak......They are genuine. The room is perfect clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Yamba Traditional Home is set in the Patan district of Pātan, 5.2 km from Hanuman Dhoka, 5.8 km from Kathmandu Durbar Square and 7.4 km from Pashupatinath. It is situated 400 metres from Patan Durbar Square and provides luggage storage space. The bed and breakfast also offers free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. Nice big rooms,comfy bed and nice atmosphere. The host was very helpful. There was a heater in the room that was much appreciated.

The hotel has a terrace and views of the city, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. Free private parking is available on site. Excellent service by Mr. Prabin at front desk. Very helpful. Good English. Complimentary upgrade done on request to a bigger room. AC and hot water working well. Very clean. Quiet.  Good buffet breakfast for USD 5 - juice, fruits, cereal, sausages, hash brown, baked beans, pancake,  croissants, Danish etc. Tea coffee too. Eggs need to pay extra.

Rooms have a flat-screen TV. Some rooms include a seating area to relax in after a busy day. A terrace or balcony are featured in certain rooms. The rooms have a private bathroom. For your comfort, you will find bath robes, slippers and free toiletries. Perfect hotel for trekkers, hotel provides different service related to trekking, staff there are so knowledgeable. We didn't requested but they packed the breakfast for us before leaving for trek, very thoughtful. Food at restaurant was delicious....Thank you team!

Offering a restaurant, Mayur Restaurant that serves Indian and regional cuisines, Peacock Guest House is located 100 metres from the City Centre. Free WiFi access is available in the public areas of the property. The Peacock Guesthouse is a most charming, heritage-rich, and truly special oasis in beautiful Bhaktapur. The staff are welcoming and kind. Their restaurant serves exquisite food. We dined at “home” each evening. We loved observing the colourful life in Dattatreya Square from our window perch. The breakfast is glorious. We savoured every moment of our time in this delightful gem.

Amazing. Rooms, service, food. We had junior suite, the smell in the room, huge space, bathtube, bed… awesome!

Nestled within beautifully landscaped grounds, Shambaling Hotel is a charming refurbished house from the 70s. The Tibetan-style house has 64 cosy bedrooms, an in house restaurant and a 24-hour front desk. Wi-Fi is free in its public areas. Quiet spot away from busy streets, breakfast and room facilities. Heater works fine in the winter period and there is always hot water. Price is acceptable for the quality of the stay.

Located within 4.4 km of Hanuman Dhoka and 5 km of Kathmandu Durbar Square, The Museum provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Kathmandu. There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The accommodation features full-day security, luggage storage space and currency exchange for guests. Very quite and relaxing stay away from hustle and bustle of Kathmandu. However the location is right in the centre.
