Each studio and apartment at Averill Court Motel Paihia includes satellite TV and some movie channels available. All rooms feature plunger coffee and an electric kettle and either a kitchen or kitchenette with cooking facilities. Our stay at this motel was exceptional from the moment we met with the office manager. She was ultra helpful and listened to our needs then made some extra accommodations. We had a 2 bed room. Brilliant. The unit was in excellent condition, upstairs and with our own car park space very close. It was very quiet and great TV system. It was walking distance to town and the jetties. The kitchen was of a high standard and had all facilities included. It has a pool and a warm spa.

Set on the Paihia waterfront in the heart of the Bay of Islands, this motel offers refurbished suites with free Wi-Fi directly opposite Paihia Beach. All suites offer a patio or balcony with sea or garden views. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The ocean view was lovely. It was conveniently close to restaurants and the dock while being far enough away to be quiet.
