Excellent value for money, very comfortable rooms and friendly staff. They left us a bottle of wine to congratulate us on our honeymoon which was a lovely touch. It’s very cold there right now and the rooms were warm and cosy. Great location right by the lake and local restaurants.

Loved the bed & pillows, best sleep ever, so comfortable, the towels were nice size and so soft. Loved the big spas, nice and relaxing. The staff were lovely, including the cleaning team, they were very helpful and lovely to deal with. Will definitely be back.

The staff, especially Eddie was very friendly and helpful during booking and checking in. The superior suite was clean and tidy and had a lovely view of the lake. We had a peaceful stay beginning with a lovely relaxing volcanic stone massage and tasty dinner at the restaurant. Bed was very comfortable.

Central location was so helpful, we barely used our car over 3 days. Family loved the mineral baths and swimming pool. The gym was sufficient to get in a workout. Food at the restaurant buffet was excellent, so much variety for breakfast and dinner. Rooms are a bit dated, but as a family it had all the basics to rest and relax after a big day. Staff where lovely and polite. A family friendly environment 😊
