Small thoughtful details in the room. The heated pad for duvet was a nice touch as it was really cold in Te Anau when we stayed there. The free room upgrade was also a lovely surprise to us.

One of the best stays of our two week drive around on the South Island. Room was great and staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. In room breakfast was great and delivered hot and right on time. Would recommend to anyone as a great place to stay. Buster Crabs restaurant was right across the street which made for a great addition to the stay.

unbelievable location right at the tip of Lands end. the view from our window with the sunrise was spectacular. great view for breakfast too. standards of cleanliness and comfort were exceptional. Andy and the rest of the staff were super friendly. Andy left a family meal to help us check in and book a table in neighbouring restaurant and chatted to us and made us feel welcome the next morning. 10/10

I was upgraded and had a spacious clean and secure suite. While one side faced a busy road the other faced a lovely garden with chairs, tables and a water feature where I could sit. Two nice restaurants across the road. Two large tvs that I could stream to.

Our stay at Milford Overnight Cruise was by far one of the best highlights of our honeymoon. The boat is lovely and the crew was simply amazing: resourceful, knowledgeable, and just truly passionate about the Sounds. Dinner was great and we got to see half a dozen dolphins in the morning, playing around the boat while we sailed across the waterfalls...Thank you for an amazing experience!!

perfect little relax spot. restaurant wasn’t open but the workers we so good and drove me to the 4sqaure for a picnic dinner on the tables over looking the ocean.
Then let us late check out last minute for our shuttle
pick up. so nice and friendly. English isn’t their first language which did pose some difficulty but still lovely and helpful
