I had a little issue at check-in and it was handled very respectfully by the front desk staff. I also used their paid Airport transfer service, it was a very smooth transfer, all confirmations and details were provided clearly and it was very reasonable. The Junior suite was spacious, the bathroom was surprisingly huge. For a 5* hotel the bathroom amenities were lacking a Dental kit and Vanity kit, I would suggest the hotel to add this as an option for guests. There was a guest requesting a Dental kit while I was checking in and the staff was unable to help them. The rooftop restaurant had a wonderful ambiance in the evening and a lovely view to match the food. The breakfast buffet also had attentive staff and a very good selection. Overall a very relaxed stay in an iconic hotel, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

They know both Spanish and English, so while I am learning Spanish and able to speak that language with them, I stayed here last year, and spoke to them in English, so I know that the persons at reception are fluent in both.

Guests can find theRey Supermarket 500 metres away and other restaurant options within 400 metres. As per everyone review about hot water. The water was not boiling hot, however the hottest temperature was fine and as well as the water consistency. The staff were very welcoming and warming. I would recommend 15/10!!
