We loved the place, the special connection with this community and the lake it's beyond of words can explain. Wilbert and Delia are an amazing couple of host and their humbling service is remarkable. We stayed at this lovely hotel twice during our trip to Puno. The room was very spacious, with a small living room and a large bedroom. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful, and breakfast was good. The location is very convenient being close to the main square where the restaurants and shops are. They helped us book a transfer to the nearby airport and were always very friendly. Thank you all for your help and smiles.

Lovely hotel with outstanding views. The location just outside Puno was great, only a short inexpensive taxi ride into town. We spent a night on the uros islands in a homestay prior to our stay here and the hotel is right next to the port used for the pick up and drop off.
Breakfast at this hotel is outstanding, best in our month in Peru. Loved the jacuzzi in the spa area. Staff were very helpful and service was excellent.
Overall a great 5 star stay.

Hotel was in a great location overlooking the lake and the rooms were very spacious. the gardens were lovely and we enjoyed relaxing; watching the 2 resident alpacas and garden guinea pigs.
