They go out of their way to assist you. I do not speak Spanish and they were so accommodating. I will stay here again for sure. Pucallpa can be a little bit of a culture shock, but once you get used to it and relax a bit, it's pretty cool. The people are friendly and helpful. I never felt unsafe there. I got good prices shopping and never got hassled.
