Through the rooftop window, you can enjoy a view of the coast and the river estuary. All the facilities are very clean. One possible downside is the lack of a kitchenette, as only tea and coffee can be prepared. However, considering the location and price, I still find it to be a great value. The host was excellent—he provided clear instructions, introduced us to the surrounding area, and gave great recommendations on places to visit.

Five of the rooms have a balcony where you can enjoy the view. All rooms are en-suite, with free toiletries, a hairdryer and towels. The property is decorated in a minimalist and relaxed style, combining Scandinavian and Mediterranean inspirations. Property was new and well decorated. Our room had a beautiful view. Host was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was very good.

It was very quiet although not far from the main road. The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly but not intrusive. Breakfast was excellent and a wide choice of food. Our dog was made welcome too.

Absolutely loved everthing, starting with the warm reception by our host, the gift of wine and cheese as well as the warm bread and fresh berries that were presented at morning coffee time. The accommodation was exceptional, an oasis in farmland. Clean,spacious all the comfort of home and more! Beautiful garden area and two patios that offer sunshine and privacy all day. Although we did not have time to bask by the swimming pool here...I hope to experience this accommodation again .I would highly recommend Kuanza .

The secluded Carvalhal Beach is around 9 km from Quinta do Paraíso, and the Vicentine Coast features many more hidden beaches amongst the rocks. Exceptional place to spent some days, near all amazing beaches in Rota Vicentina (10min to Zambujeira do Mar, etc), with pool to enjoy on those uncertain days, Baerbel was an amazing host, caring, happy and very helpful, providing with information and anything missing. Surely a place to return to in the future!
