This was my first time in Kopaonik and I feel so lucky to find the right hotel the first time. The room is clean and comfortable, food is so good, the staff is amazing, the manager is so kind and generous, he always helped us. It was easy to buy ski pass and to rent ski equipments from the hotel. The spa is new, clean and relaxing.I and my friends enjoyed the whole time we stayed.I highly recommend with no doubt. I will definitely stay again in Rtanj next year.

Excellent communication with the host (even let us check in earlier when the apartment was ready), equipped kitchen, free parking, lovely views from the balcony.

Everything was perfectly fine, and it had everything you needed for a piece of quiet and relaxation.

The communication with the host was excellent. We also had a bottle of wine in the room to enjoy. The room is very clean, the towels smell amazing and the bed is really comfortable. Will for sure come back in the future. Also, I really appreciated that the kitchen is fully equipped with anything you could need, we also had tea and coffee and the bathroom also has shower gel, shampoo, acetone, cotton pads and many more.

The host was absolutely amazing and friendly. The house has everything you need to relax and have a romantic family stay with children. It was very warm and cozy. We felt like home. The view is great and the nature around the house makes you feel calm and relaxed.
