Receptionist Miss Fai and crew was incredibly helpful and explained everything well. Miss Salma and Fatimah is also very informative about various matters. We booked a spa, definitely recommend booking with Maya and Mario. Great massages. Housekeeping took good care of us and showed us hospitality. Clean bathrooms, and all cleaners do their utmost to clean the rooms every day. Beautiful view of the Red Sea, beach with luxurious beach beds, and a lovely large pool. We were well cared for by Abu Fahad and his crew. The entire team did their best to give us an unforgettable holiday. As a surprise, we received a delicious tiramisu with a farewell message, which was certainly heartwarming. We will definitely return here.

Hotel Staff The staff were incredibly helpful and professional throughout our stay. I’d like to especially mention a few individuals who went above and beyond: Amjad from the Guest Relations team was outstanding. I was traveling with my family, including my elderly parents, and he quickly and smoothly arranged connecting rooms and an extra bed. Truly appreciated! Emon Sabbir from Housekeeping was consistently attentive, regularly checking in on us and ensuring our rooms were spotless. He was both professional and genuinely friendly. Abdulrahman Ahmad from the Concierge team assisted us during checkout and was very kind and courteous. A special mention also to the lady at the restaurant (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) — during our 5-night stay, she welcomed us with a warm smile every morning at breakfast and greeted my daughter with cheerful words and a friendly chat. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable!
