FranceStaff at front desk, e.g. Walid and Asma were excellent. Very professional, kind and helpful.
All other staff we met at the hotel were helpful aswell.
The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport and city centre.
Swimming pool is clean and tidy, albeit not large. Excellent for a refresher during the day's heat.
Room was very clean and well appointed with a nice view at night of the lights of Tabuk.
Good breakfast with lots of variety.
On Site Car Parking.
Very Safe and Secure.

Ambience- Calm and quiet, although hotel is in one of the main road.
Staff - Helpful staff across. From the reception to support staff to IT personal. All the staff are found to be helpful in need.
Room size - Spacious with quality furniture's .

This hotel was really lovely and well maintained, the room was very comfortable and to a high standard. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and in the restaurant there was a very nice selection of local and regional dishes. All of the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant were so lovely and helpful.
