The breakfast was incredible, staff was super nice and the room was 10/10!! Clean, comfertable beds, beautiful location. I visit the Ice Hotel yearly, and the exebitions are lovely as always. Would reccomend staying here :)

Very friendly staff, accommodated our late arrival in check in, and even asked the restaurant staff to accommodate us for dinner. Cabin was clean and always warm, strong WiFi, TV has casting ability to watch from your phone. Would definitely be back here

The check-in was friendly and fast. The room and view was awesome! Such a great view! The breakfast was so luxurious and we talked to a staff member, a young girl, she had been in Sweden a few years. Her hospitality and friendliness was to a 10✨. We will definitely recommend this hotel and we want to go back! I think we came at a day where the roof top bar was closed but then we headed out in Piteå and had a lovely evening. Definately a hotel and town we’re revisiting!
