The location is ideal if you want to explore all of Aruba and get a real sense of the island beyond the tourist hotel strip on the northern beaches. San Nicolas and Baby Beach are super close, maybe 15 minutes drive, and Oranjestad wasn't too far either. It was great having a little beach and dock and being able to use the hotel kayaks and life jackets to check out Seaglass Island. It was also great being a 5 minute walk from Zeerover, the best deal for dinner that we found on the island. We didn't eat at Flying Fishbone, which shares a fence with Coral Reef Beach, because we didn't feel like we needed to splurge that much for good food, but it's very popular and everyone eating there seemed very happy. We did use the Flying Fishbone parking lot one evening when the small hotel parking lot was full. Apartment #2 has a bedroom with 2 queen beds, a dining room, a small, fully equipped kitchenette (I think the only thing making it a kitchenette vs a kitchen is that it has a two burner cooktop vs a stove. The kitchen has a door directly to/from the parking lot, which made it super easy to bring in bags and groceries. The bedroom also has a door to the courtyard and beach access, which made it even faster to get to the water. By the end of our 9 nights my husband and I were finding our bed a bit hard, but that was our only real complaint. It's not fancy or super modern, and you need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, but the apartment had everything we needed for our time in Aruba including beach towels. We brought our own snorkeling gear but we could probably have just used the gear available in the courtyard. You also don't need to bring a cooler for beach trips as there are several available to borrow in the shared kitchen off the courtyard. Graciela was very welcoming and does a wonderful job cleaning -- the apartment was spotless. The people staying here all seemed very chill and kind, no noisy partiers.

Weniger als 2 km vom Stadtzentrum von Oranjestad entfernt erwartet Sie dieses Hotel nur für Erwachsene. Unser Aufenthalt war wundervoll und unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Zimmer war sehr gross, so dass wir genügend (und noch mehr) Platz zu zweit hatten für unsere Koffer etc. und uns auch im Bad ausbreiten konnten. Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und haben uns tolle Tipps für die Insel gegeben. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden definitiv wieder diese Unterkunft buchen. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut. Der Innenhof mit Pool hat uns sehr gefallen, es ist eine kleine Oase - schützt euch aber gegen die Moskitos!

The location is great nearby all famous spots from city and beaches. Hotel is right in front of ships port, we had prime view of cruise ships arrival. Lots of stores and restaurants with music around at night. The rooms and especially the natural beach-like pool with all harbor view were amazing. The staff is very kind and help us with car rental.

Das Lagoon Ocean Resort begrüßt Sie mit Apartments mit möblierter Terrasse, Gemeinschaftspool und kostenfreiem WLAN in allen Bereichen. Beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse konnten Delfine beobachtet werden. Abends der schönste Sonnenuntergang- direkt vor der Tür. Der Pool war hübsch angelegt und die Liegen versprachen Entspannung pur. Leguane, Komibris, Zuckervögel und ein paar Ziegen und Katzen besuchten uns wiederholt. Von hier aus kann man die schönsten Strände und auch die Naturschutzgebiete perfekt anfahren.

This tropical hotel is located on this island of Aruba and is within a 5-minute drive of the white sands of Eagle Beach. It's was a good choice to stay, the place was very clean and nice and then the employees were very friendly

Dieses Resort in Oranjestad mit der 16 ha großen Renaissance-Privatinsel und Stränden bietet Ihnen das Erwachsenen vorbehaltene Renaissance Marina Hotel und auch Familienunterkünfte in den Renaissance... Uns hat wirklich alles gefallen! Die private Insel war ein absolutes Highlight – traumhaft schön, ruhig, mit Flamingos und perfekten Stränden. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend, und das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top, mitten in Oranjestad mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Atmosphäre war entspannt und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

BijBlauw is located over the seafront in the heart of Pietermaai, 10 minutes’ walk from Willemstad’s Historic Centre and 4 km from Curaçao Sea Aquarium. It’s beautiful, relaxing, great taste. Friendly staff as well. They were also kind enough to change my dates as I had a mishap with my flight. 100% recommended.
