The rooms were as expected, and the stay was quite gentle. The staff and employees were quite friendly and supportive when required. We had a nice room, and the breakfast was real good, also giving you proximity to most of Bangkok landmarks.

In the middle of Em district, right next door to Emporium and the sky train station, everything was easy to reach. The hotel room was perfect, super clean , soft comfortable bedding, slept soundly even though the city is a noisy one. Housekeeping, is quick and efficient with a nice touch of adding flowers on the bedspread or a vase to the room, thank you Pia. Breakfast was very good with so many options, the restaurant and room service food was very good and very fast. There’s a very good Japanese restaurant in the lobby called Ten Show. Staff are wonderful, the concierge desk staff are super helpful.

The breakfast portion is a little small but very tasty and great choices.

The infinity pool is stunning, and the bar next to it is fantastic, especially at night. The hotel’s shuttle ferry is very convenient, taking you to major piers, so the location is not an issue. Room service was impressively fast. The highlight of my stay was when they surprised me by celebrating my birthday—it was such an amazing and unexpected gesture. The staff were incredible—always helpful and friendly. Overall, a wonderful experience

The hotel has a nice rooftop bar with incredible views. We enjoyed a lot our stay here.
