Nice and pleasant hotel in a perfect location. The area is calm, safe and yet full of restaurants and bars. It is easy to get to mid and uptown and also to Brooklyn. The staff was accommodating and helpful. We will certainly return to this hotel.

The hotel is really like a hidden jewel in the center of New York. It is amazingly quiet, considering it is just around the corner from Times Square. It is a great location; all major attractions are nearby. The staff is excellent; you can really feel welcome there. It is like a home away from home. Breakfast is sort of basic; however, you still have more or less everything. Tony's di Napoli bar and restaurant next door offers excellent food and drinks.

Reception staff very friendly. We were only staying one night and were upgraded to a lovely suite, huge space with kitchenette, lounge and bedroom, and very comfortable bed. Balcony views of Empire State Building. A lovely way to end our NY stay. Twenty minute walk to Pier for the excellent value river ferry to Wall St and on to Brooklyn. Good location for both north and south Manhattan using bus and ferry.

One of the best hotels to stay in, while in New York. Perfect location close to everything as well as offering the best facilities. We were upgraded upon arrival into a lovely spacious room. The credit for each day was an added bonus as it offered lovely pastries and drink for breakfast.
