Absolutely perfect location for visiting Hanoi. First, you are in the Old Quarter for convenient pickup at the hotel for day trips. Second, you are one block from Hoàn Kiem Lake which becomes a Hanoi block party every weekend. Despote both of these facts, La Sinfonia Majesty is relatively quiet (very hard to find in Hanoi) because they are on the edge of the Old Quarter and the streets around Hoàn Kiem are closed every weekend. This may not be the case for rooms that face the street, but the other rooms are quiet (we were in 602). Beyond the location,the hotel staff are super helpful, particularly Mik and Tracy. Get their WhatsApp and they will help you throughout the day with train schedules, restaurants, etc. Even on their days off!!! The restaurant in the hotel is quite popular with locals, so it's easy to see why the breakfast is so good. Good variety of Vietnamese and Western. Good skybar view of the lake, too!

Loved the location , the service and especially the front desks- Chloe, Linda and Cha, they were exceptional in ensuring that every details were taken care of- right from food recommendations to pickup/drop off to the airport.

Ms. Ann and Ms. Grace were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. Every interaction was handled with care and professionalism. We were also surprised that upon our early checkout due to early flight schedule, they sent packed breakfast for us. The location was also fantastic, making it easy to explore Hanoi. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking top-notch service and convenience!

The review system is rather dysfunctional in Hanoi, with the reviews seemingly being to support the hotel providers rather than the consumer. There is high pressure to provide top reviews rather than honest ones to help consumers choose. That said, this hotel goes beyond the system and really is an elegant, charming residence with outstanding staff, attractive design, good breakfast and an appropriate price-to-service ratio. I stayed in 6 different hotels during my trip to Vietnam and this was one of my favourites. If I find myself in Hanoi again, I will stay here. Recommended!
