We were celebrating our 6th anniversary, and the crew made it truly special with thoughtful gestures throughout the trip. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service exceeded our expectations. They carefully planned every moment so we could enjoy the cave and kayaking experiences before the big crowds arrived. A special mention to Tim, the manager and true maestro of this incredible team—he orchestrated everything flawlessly and made the whole experience unforgettable. Highly recommend. A solid 10 out of 10!

The rooms are luxurious and the staff are exceptional. The food was 10/10. The excursions were well a well chosen mix of caves, climbs, bamboo boats, pearl farming and floating village

From start to finish, the crew demonstrated an impressive level of organisation, seamlessly orchestrating all the activities and meals to ensure a memorable experience for everyone onboard. One of the highlights of our trip was kayaking through caves in a tranquil lagoon – it was such a serene and beautiful adventure. The stillness of the night on the water, with the bay illuminated by the glowing lights of the surrounding ships, was absolutely breathtaking. It was a moment of peace and beauty that we’ll never forget. Our room was spectacular, with floor-to-ceiling windows wrapping around the entire space, offering uninterrupted views of the stunning bay. We especially loved the jet spa bath in our room and the luxury of having two private balconies – the perfect spot to soak in the scenery. Our only regret? Not booking more than one night! The crew were incredibly joyous and helpful throughout, and we are so grateful for their exceptional hospitality. The sunset party was a delightful way to unwind, with happy hour cocktails and karaoke providing a fun atmosphere for socialising with fellow cruisers. For those seeking a quieter time, the room offered just as much comfort and relaxation. A special and heartfelt thank you goes to our wonderful guide, Da, who went above and beyond to retrieve my passport from my hotel in a different city. I wasn’t returning there after the cruise, and what could have been a stressful ordeal was handled with incredible ease. Da was an absolute blessing and a true pleasure to meet – I cannot thank him enough for his help and kindness. If you’re considering a Halong Bay cruise, the Halong Sapphire is an absolute must. It is a truly magical experience, and we can’t wait to come back for a longer stay!

We love everything about this experience. We haven't cruised at all before, as we don't really think it's our thing, but this short trip was just amazing! The fantastic staff, the beautiful, spacious room, the incredible scenery. Loved every, single minute ❤️
