The accommodation exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning the staff surrounded us with care and attention. The rooms were huge. The kitchen has everything for cooking. Every day there was cleaning and clean towels. There is air conditioning and is quiet at night for a restful sleep and relaxation. breakfast is included in the price and is convenient as the quality of the food is very good. The owner of the hotel and all the staff are very nice and this is the decoration of the hotel. We wish success to the whole team and hope to visit you again.

I only had one night in Johannesburg, my first ever in South Africa. I’m so incredibly happy I stayed at Lucky Bean. I have traveled quite a bit in my life, all over the world, but never experienced such hospitality before. Before, during and after my stay at Lucky bean guest house Conway and Natasha were making sure I was looked after, safe and happy. They arranged airport pickup (Derick the driver was great!) as well as restaurant reservation (I arrived late after canceled flights etc) as well as an Uber getting back to the guest house. I felt completely spoilt. The staff at Licky bean were lovely as well and I could tell they really enjoy their workplace. Great vibes and generous breakfast. I couldn’t recommend a place more. Next time I’m back in Jburg there’s no chance I would stay anywhere else.

This was our second time staying in the cottage in the grounds of Grace House Guest House. The cottage is a little away from the main house which ensures privacy. It is comfortable and has its own terrace with braai (barbeque). The delicious breakfast included fruits, cereals, yoghurts and cooked options. The owners and staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. There is a lovely garden with lots of birdlife and a pool.

Amazing place. Well located. Very cosy and attention to detail in all aspects of the highest standard. Food at the pepper restaurant was absolutely top-notch. Best steak i ever had! Thanks to Pieter and the team for making arrangements to collect us at Loftus stadium! Well done to all.
