Best Japan experience so far. Everything was great, from the room, the food (dinner + breakfast), the private onsen rooms till the parking in from of the hotel. The welcome was very friendly and relaxed. Everything was explained very clearly.

Close to Miyagi Station and Aso Temple with shuttle service from the hotel staff. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious with all necessities and a kotatsu in our room. But the highlight was definitely their meals. Highly recommend if you are visiting Aso

The staff were very friendly, the food was delicious and the price for the facilities (onsen mainly) was really good.

The property exceeded my expectations. It provided us with a very relaxing stay, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The bath was very pleasant, although there was no open air public bath (contrary to the description). The room was spacious and comfortable. But it was the food that blew my mind: it was the most lavish feast I've ever had in onsen. It's also worth mentioning that the place is easily reached by the local bus.

Sozankyo is a traditional Japanese-style inn with both indoor and outdoor hot spring baths. Located within the Aso Uchimaki Onsen Hot Spring Area, it provides free Wi-Fi in public areas.

This hotel experience was absolutely amazing! They have nice staff, great food and even the opportunity to visit their spa facilities. The location is also perfect for visiting the national park.

We love this ryokan so much we didn't want to leave! The room is spacious and beautiful especially with the river view from the outdoor bath terrace. Staff is very friendly and the food is delicious! Everything. The quiet location, lovely gardens, hot spring baths, the incredible dinner and breakfast, the friendly efficient staff. Our room was lovely, and the futon beds were very comfortable.

Built in 1722, Okyakuya is situated in the historical district of Kurokawa Onsen district. Located only 100 metres from Kurokawa Onsen, Free WiFi is provided and private parking is available on site.
