Amazing location with good view of Fuji. The staff were so lovely and one lady who checked us in, showed us our room and told us all about the hotel offerings was so lovely. we didn’t catch her name but she was great and had good English too.

Huge room, beautiful view, and of course, the Sauna in the room which can be enjoyed anytime. The staff are friendly! Great breakfast with Japanese & Finnish style. Nice thermal spring inside & outside. There is also instruction about how to enjoy the most out of it. The hotel is easy to find, there are plenty of parking spots. Within a couple of minutes walk there are some nice restaurants and convenience store.

The place was much better than expected, the room with a view to Fuji was amazing, and we were really lucky to be able to see Fuji-san. The staff was extremely helpful and polite, they explain to us everything in detail, and they even notice I had a tattoo and let me know that it was allowed in the public onsen. It was the birthday of one of my friend, and we call if it would be possible to arrange a small cake or buy one, and they took care, bringing a beautiful small cookie cake shape as Fuji. The onsen is amazing, you have multiple options in both sides and everything was clean and in order. Thank you so much for everything, I will definitely would like to come back and make it my go-to Ryokan when in kawaguchi.
