We booked a suite and it was so worth the money paid - huge room, comfortable bed, massive sofa (like a second bed), hinoki bathtub was the size of a small swimming pool and ofcourse the onsen on the balcony with the most breathtaking views of the Atami! We also had a fridge stocked with complementary drinks + welcome cookies every day! They also offer you a welcome drink at the tea salon located on Lvl 8! The dinner was delicious and beautifully presented; traditional breakfast was not far behind! Absolutely loved our stay and would love to stay here again someday!

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Although we arrived with a delay they were still able to swiftly arrange our transfer, prepare our room and our meal as well.

Everything is amazing in this hotel. I stayed in a family room, japanese style, very traditional. What a comfortable room, clean, very well equipped and with several ammenities. The breakfast is fantastic with 3 choices, but I'd suggest the japanese one to close with a full japanese experience. Finally, the staff is so lovely and very attentives with everything.
