Oomukou Ryokan is situated in Hakuba, 44 km from Nagano Station, 46 km from Zenkoji Temple, and 700 metres from Happo-One Ski Resort. Featuring free private parking, the 2-star ryokan is 7.9 km from Tsugaike Kogen Ski Area. The accommodation features a hot spring bath, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. I stayed for three nights. Not good but wonderful breakfast with mother taste and full hospitality!

The walk to/from the Gondola or Nakiyama lifts was very easy if you would like to walk over using the bus.

Built in 1988, the property includes public bath and open-air bath. The ryokan has a sun terrace and a hot tub. super cozy, clean, very nice free coffee, beautiful hot tub and really friendly staff

Good traditional style lodge close to the Tsukaige resort - managed to get my own room with Futon mattress for a reasonable price. Has a small onsen which is nice after skiing.

It was an absolute delight to stay here, the food was delicious, the views are incredible, the hosts are so kind and welcoming too. I felt truly taken care of during my stay and will definitely come back when I return to the Hakuba valley!

Located in Hakuba and only 7.7 km from Tsugaike Kogen Ski Area, Maruni Ryokan provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. A hot spring bath is available for guests, along with a public bath. The accommodation features a lift, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. A very quaint and charming Ryokan ran by the Maruni family. It was like stepping back in time , we really love the antiquity and old nostalgic charm of this ryokan . What stood out was that it was so well maintained and very very clean👍 We came during low season in Hakuba , but no regrets, as there were still nice sight seeing to do , as long as you drive. Shino was very helpful in giving us tips and checking in on us . The daily breakfast was so well prepared with fresh ingredients , and a different daily menu, down to the chopsticks holder. Please do try their dinner …you will not regret it . We left , feeling so well rested, and enjoyed a slower pace and relaxing time here.
